The train can accommodate a motorized scooter if it is no wider than 25 inches. There is a special lift to lift the scooter onto the train.
Please note: Arizona doesn't observe Day Light Savings and switches between MST (Mountain Standard Time) and PST (Pacific Standard Time) depending on the season.

Please ensure 1 person per group wait in line for ticket exchange. Face masks will be highly recommended. Social distancing will be practiced on train platform and on the train. Seating on board the train will be limited to maximize social distancing, and guests will be asked to promptly take their seat keeping aisles clear and to remain seated except to use restrooms.

The experience was NOT as advertised. The train was not as pictured and there was no Wild West reenactment. The view was not beautiful as expected and was a flat, brown prairie only for the entire ride. We were so disappointed that we had a friend pick us up instead of riding back on the train. The village is cute, the canyon views breathtaking and the shuttle transportation is efficient, which we greatly enjoyed. The village is accessible by car and would recommend visiting this way instead of taking the train. We also requested a refund prior to the return trip which was refused as it was less than 24 hours. Very disappointing excursion.

Our experience was horrible. The robber was politically incorrect and offensive and one of the singers/joke teller implied my son and I were incestuous. Our server Nancy seemed to think we all wanted to hear her personal life including her 127 chickens and her son who drives one of the Canyon buses . Plus her telling us to be patient as she was only 1 person and there was 66 of us. Maybe if she did her job instead of talking about herself she would have more time. Also very suspect that you can get drinks using a debit or credit card only but the tip had to be cash. All the performers kept coming through to remind us to tip Nancy .. I am thinking that the tip thing was to avoid claiming them on their taxes. They ran out of the food so we went with out but that was okay as kids were allowed to get their food and they handled the food and put it back and one kid sneezed on the cheese. Freaking gross and unorganized. FYI ..I am asking for a refund and I am posting the video of the robbers politically incorrect statement about the little person on face book . Unbelievable in this day and age. I paid $500.00 for this and it wasn't worth 5 cents. Please advise me to who I can contact to get my money back.

My second trip, and the wife's first on the train! Had a thoroughly fantastic day, ending with the mock train robbery!!
