The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because of the limited time at the Grand Canyon. The morning started with Earl picking us up at our hotel, on time courteous and patient. We had one person that did not show up and he did everything he could to get him/her. Picked up others at a nearby hotel and then returned to find missing person, as well as calling dispatch to see if they could locate,(person did not leave phone #) He was amazing. We reached our big bus destination on time and got ready to get on our way. Anthony was our driver/guide and was very knowledgeable and great. Breakfast was a banana, muffin, biscuit cookie and oj. He made several stops for bathroom/snack break and there were no problems. No problems with br on bus either. Hoover Dam was a brief break, more than enough to take a few pictures. He stopped to let take a scenic picture of Lake Mead, very appreciated. Before we arrived at the GC we were given information that would help us to make the best decisions on how much time to stay at the 3 different points. The Ranch (1) was a great place to eat, ribs and chicken were delicious as well as all the sides. They also have vegetarian choice, but that did not look good. Our group enjoyed our meal and all had more than enough to eat, Chocolate chip cookie was delicious. We did a very brief look around this point. If you have children they would love it, lots of ranch activities. Next stop was Skywalk, the line went fairly quickly to go through. You are not allowed to take anything on the Skywalk, they have free lockers you can use. This was a once in a lifetime for us and well worth it. Last stop is Guano Point, where the Hualapai tribe have a show as well as different housing structures from various tribes, very interesting. Hualapai artisans also have tables of handmade wares for sale at a very reasonable price. The scenic views here are mind blowing, you can climb the rocks and take a 360 degree panoramic picture of the canyon. This site was the most interesting for me, love history. All of the workers at the canyon were pleasant, helpful and courteous. This is their reservation and they are sharing it, yes, for a fee. Well worth it. HERE ARE THE THINGS TO CONSIDER AND WHY 3 HOURS IS NOT ENOUGH, THERE ARE LINES EVERYWHERE, THE 3 SHUTTLES, GIFT SHOPS AND ANY ACTIVITIES YOU WANT TO DO. IF I would have had 4-5 hours I would not have felt rushed and it would have been more enjoyable. I am not sure any tour gives you more than 3 you will have to check it out. As for me, I have checked 1 more thing off my bucket list.
