I didn’t make it on time to the meeting point so I tried to contact the operator so see what options did I have (refund/reschedule/credit) I left voicemails and send messages but I couldn’t get a hold of anyone that would help me to see what options I had. They just responded through the app to say that they had a busy day.

Our trip was absolutely amazing and our guide, John Jacob was fantastic. He made it one of our best experiences so far in Utah. He was super knowledgeable about the area and had great stories to share about everything and showed us some really cool hidden gems on the way to and from the chamber! 10/10!

John was a great guide and very knowledgeable. We went to the Great Chamber we had the site to ourselves. John was great as he even knew the best ways to photograph the site. He also takes really good pictures!
