The Great Platte River Road Archway Monument is a fantastic trip throughout history. It's amazing to think of the men and women who traveled along the river westward. My favorite part is at the end, when you look out the window at Interstate 80 and see how we've progressed from horses and covered wagons to the present day automobiles. It's an overall wonderful experience.

Must see place in nebraska!! Full of history and fun things to do. Very cool place dont miss this! People said it was hars to get ro which is not true. Enjoyed the headsets to go at your own pace too

This museum is a bit unique in that it spans Interstate 80 between Exit 272 & 275. We came from the Firefighters museum down the road. The cost is $11 per senior. The theme is the move west. You get a electronic guide for your tour, just put in a number and get information for that display or exhibit. Many of the displays are very well done. The first level is the old wagons west migration and the upper level is the 20th Century migration and artifacts. I thoroughly enjoyed both. The gift shop has lots of things. Outside are several very well done sculptures and a great little park to walk through.
