All I can say is wow! We were blessed to have Matt the owner take us up the mountain. He was very personable and gave us a lot of background on the area. He was also very hospitable providing delicious homemade muffins and drinks and top notch bikes, helmets gloves and windbreakers. Before we set off and gave us all the ins and outs to ensure our safety and maximum fun. The 8 o’clock tour was ideal because all the sunrise crowd was gone and so we had the mountain to ourselves . He took us through a couple of quaint towns and let us take our time. He even captured us on video and some great photos at the start and middle and end. Definitely memorable footage we would not have gotten of ourselves! I highly recommend his tour. It was definitely the highlight of our Maui trip! Thank you Matt!

My family of 5 (kids 13,15, and 18) did the Haleakala unguided tour last week and we had a BLAST. We were with another family of 5 and all enjoyed it. Totally safe. Everyone went at his/her own speed. Beautiful views! Really nice bikes! My husband and I did the sunrise tour with another company on our honeymoon 20 years ago and it was terrible, honestly. We did not want to repeat that experience. This was the opposite! One of our best days on Maui, highly recommend.

We had a GREAT day with Maui Bombers. They greeted us we bananas and homemade muffins. Sonia and Alex made sure the bikes were adjusted for each rider and that we were comfortable with the equipment. Though it was self-guided, Alex and Sonia met us periodically on the trip. They also took pictures and video along the route and gave them to use at the end of the trip. It was a WONDERFUL fun day!!!!
