Our coach Mr. Wilson made the whole experience wonderfully fantastic. We were three adults with three young kids. First timers mostly. We booked it a day before and they were patient to give us lot of information while reserving a spot. They organized the whole trip smoothly. Our coach was very confident and good with kids. He helped kids swim in a small rapid too. Even the bus ride was fun with the instructors. I am looking forward to next rafting trip here.

This was an amazing rafting trip! The water level was a bit low, but it was perfect for us as a family with kids. Joe (our guide) was so friendly, funny and knowledgeable, which made our trip even better. He made sure we were safe and had fun. Definitely get out and swim the white water during the stopping point in the river. Next time, we will go on the full day trip, since I felt the half-day flew by. This is a must do family trip with a great company! Thank you, Mild2Wild!!!

Hands down some of the best customer service I have received from a company in a long time. More companies should take some notes. I booked the 1/2 day Lower Animas tour for my family and the night before, our car battery died. Well, being in a smaller city, AAA was not available. Been a member for 39 years and never received a call back. The next morning, I called two transportation companies and they were not available to pick us up and even tried Uber to no avail. I ended up sending a text to Mild to Wild and thankfully, they sent a driver to pick us up. Even better, after the tour, they returned us to the hotel. The rafting was fun or as I say, just right for me. It was later in the season so the rapids were small. The rest of my family wanted bigger splashes so I guess we’ll have to return earlier than in the season. Regardless, we were able to complete our tour and my shoutouts go to Hayden, Tre, Emma and especially to Elena. Thank you so much for saving the day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
