If you're new to white water rafting trips, no worries, as you have four miles of relatively calm water to learn the paddle commands and how to paddle effectively as a team. Along the way there are incredible views into Glacier National Park's dramatic terrain.

Once you get to John Stevens Canyon the river picks up speed and your adventure really begins. You'll need all of that practice from upstream to execute the commands in the white water. With rapids like Bonecrusher, Jaws and the Notch (to name a few) your crew is sure to have an exciting time.

Our rafting adventure was very exciting. Our guide, Doc, was great. He was very funny and kept us smiling the whole trip but we also felt safe knowing that he was guiding us down the river. His knowledge of the raft and the river was excellent.

We had a mini-family reunion. And as part of that we had the absolutely best time rafting the river with Richard! His easy manner and quick wit had us all in stitches!! We were hoping for a day to remember and we got it. The river may not have been as fast as in the spring, but our time on the river seemed to fly. It was our best experience of our week together. When we sent pictures to the rest of the family, they were envious and all want to join in at the next reunion! Thanks to all the staff at Great Northern for creating such great memories for us!
