Wailua River State Park

Paddle the majestic Wailua River for 2 miles each way (4 miles total round trip), original home of the first Hawaiians, who paddled 1500 miles from the Marquesas Islands to Kaua`i almost 1500 years ago. Hear the legends and learn about the flora and fauna of Kauai`s most sacred area.

Secret Falls (Uluwehi Falls)

After hiking 1 1/4 miles through the rain forest our guides will take clients to Secret Falls also known as Uluwehi Falls. This beautiful waterfall cascades 110 feet into a refreshing swimming hole, where they can go for a dip and enjoy a terrific lunch! You will then hike 1 1/4 miles back to your kayak (2 1/2 miles of hiking round trip) Bring Closed Toed Shoes / Reef shoes / Teeva Style Sandals

My wife and I have done MANY tours of many places around the world. In all our travels I have never had a more competent tour guide than Annie. Her warmth was infectious. Her guide abilities are second to none. She is a true leader in every sense of the word with the best customer service. Professional while still fun and informative. As a person who lives in a city I was worried I wouldn’t be able to make the journey up the river/through the jungle. Annie’s instructions and the way she delivered them were confidence inspiring. I enjoyed 100% of the experience without ever feeling unsafe or uneasy. I will be telling this story and singing Annie’s praises for YEARS to come!

Wrong date, unable to cancel I did not arrive in HI until 2/28, and trip was intended for 3/5. I would have had to cancel anyway to do new muscle injury but would like a refund

Aloha, I am sorry to hear that you were unable to take our trip on 3/5, which is a Saturday. It is unfortunate that kayaking tours on the Wailua River is no longer available to all kayak companies on Saturday's and Sunday's per the State and Department of Land and Resources. We would appreciate you call us direct to discuss your refund, as we would have gladly given you your refund. As we do not take guests out with injuries. Our #1 priority is Safety, and the well being of all of our guests. Please contact our office at 808-826-2505.

Great guide. Very knowledgeable, funny, interesting. Great kayaking, hiking, waterfalls, lunch. The guide set up a beautiful flower display for the lunch. The only downside was a rush to kayak there and back. Didn’t feel like we could stop and take photos or we would get too far behind the group.
