Jon and his wife were great at communicating with us about the hike, pickup details and what we needed to bring. He provided all that was needed: water, Gatorade, snacks, backpacks, poles and a great lunch! He gave us lots of tips about how to use our walking sticks and where to capture epic shots ( which he was masterful at taking for us)). We did 2000 ft down and back on south kaibab trail . Will never forget this experience!

Jon, owner and our guide, made this experience a one in a million! This man loves his job, and KNOWS the canyon. We learned geology, history, and correct hiking techniques. The photos he provided of us in canyon were stunning! Lunch was delicious, peaceful, and oh that view! The gear he provided was top notch. I didn’t even know I had a pack on my back. Jon gets to know his hikers and plans according to their abilities. I never felt rushed or pushed too hard. He is encouraging and patient and helps others along the trail, a testament to his character. We are a 67 year old couple in good shape, but not athletes. Thank you, Jon, for this phenomenal experience. You have given us the confidence to continue with challenging hikes in the future.

This half day tour was remarkable. Going in, we had no idea what to expect, but our tour guide Kevin (who is amazing) showed us the real beauty of the Grand Canyon. We hiked down as far as we were comfortable and capable of then hiked back up. We took many stops along the way as Kevin pointed out secret wonders of the canyon. The equipment we used was top of the line, including a snack bag that was the star of the show(besides the canyon itself). This tour is going to be an amazing memory that we will all look back on and smile about. Thank you Kevin!
