Hard Rock hosted a kick off party for the Great Smoky Mountain Jeep Invasion. Well organized. Enjoyed a cold beer and lunch inside. Atmosphere is always awesome, with so much cool stuff to look at. Large crowd was managed well.

It was our first time here. The food was good and they had live entertainment that night. The server was great. Always making sure our drinks were filled. He even brought me a sundae for my birthday.

We stopped at the Hard Rock Pidgeon Forge to have a beer and rest for a while. We had been traveling all day and this was the perfect spot to stop. The beer was cold and hit the spot. I can't say enough about our bartender, Ladeana, She was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. I've got to say, for a smaller Hard Rock, their memorabilia was excellent. We have been to 30-plus Hard Rock cafes all over the world, and this one is definitely one you should visit. We had a great time, even though we were not here long, but for sure, we will be back.
