Sevice was awful, purchased a meal package was handed a menu with no items on it, had to get the manager to get any explanation on what we had purchased. Once our meal was delivered we never saw the waitress again until it was time for our dessert and said we were all set. She was very impersonal and cold. It was our 40th anniversary and expected a better experience with my wife instead of having to deal with the staff. We had visited this same establishment 5 year earlier and had a great time. As it is we will never return to this Hard Rock ever again.

Food and drinks were excellent, and the service was excellent. We don't mind paying a little extra for great food and drinks. Decor was awesome. Definitely be stopping here again!!
