Jim was one of the best guides I’ve come across in my travels! He knows how to paint a picture and transport you to a location and time. He is passionate and loves what he does! Someone with his knowledge of Austin’s history really makes this a tour you do not want to miss out on! I highly recommend and would give it 6 stars if possible!!

I go to haunted tours in each city I visit. This was fun and very informative. We got to go inside many of the historic sites and learned of the connection between Austin and Jack the Ripper.
