I booked and when I arrived I tried to check in with them they said they couldn’t find me in their system but I clearly have a confirmation number and a email stating that I have reserved a spot for this certain tour. I am very very disappointed that I wasn’t able to go because I was going to propose to my girlfriend on this tour. I just felt that if something like this happened I should have been able to still be able to go on this tour. But they told me I’m sorry we are booked come tomorrow so we can make it up but I don’t live here which made me more disappointed.

Hello, I am so sorry this happened. I did some research on your booking. You booked your tour through Trip Advisor/Viator and not directly through us. Unfortunately they took the payment, sent you a confirmation but your seats were never booked on the carriage. You were on our last tour for the night and it was full so we had no options to move you to another tour. I understand we refunded you and gave you vouchers for a future tour. We had a wonderful time with Moose and Shannon! We went at 6:30 so did not get a chance to see any ghost, but Shannon still did an amazing job with the stories.
