A great way to enjoy a haunted tour if you're not able to walk far. Husband wasn't up to a walking, so we opted to do the carriage tour. Boarding and departing from the carriage is done from platforms so there is no danger of falling getting on or off. Our guide (Dave?) was quite informative, enthusiastic and wasn't afraid to interact with the kids on the tour. We heard tales of past storms, history of buildings and old Charleston and why they were haunted. You're able to "meet" the horses when they return to the stable and line up for the next tour. The equipment and horses are well cared for. I was especially relieved to see rubber horseshoes at least 2 inches thick on their hooves to protect the horse from walking on the pavement. A longer tour would have been nice, but even the horses want to go home at some point. The only downside to the tour was the absence of any ghosts. They might have taken that night off.

We loved every minute of our ghost tour. Shannon was our guide, amazing story teller. Loved our horse Jordan. Very fun, would definitely recommend & would do again!

Shannon and Jake gave us a wonderful tour. Very knowledgeable and had a wonderful personality. She even sent us some of her pictures from previous haunted tours!
