Out tour guide Phoenix (goes by Nix or Nyx) was absolutely wonderful! She was knowledgeable, friendly and engaging! She is an excellent storyteller! It was fun walking to various bars and learning about the history. Despite some of the obnoxious people on the tour who had too much to drink, most of the people were friendly and sociable. I recommend this if you love spooky stories and enjoy having a few drinks.
