Our tour guide was very hard to understand. She kept repeating herself. Couldn't believe we stopped for lunch @ 7-11 for 45 min. Really disappointed with the tour. I should have rented a car and drove my self. What a disappointment and waste of my time and money.

EXCELLENT! The guide was wonderful! He stopped at interesting places along the way but still allowed us several hours exploring the Volcanoes Park - which is why we took the tour in the first place. We were able to explore and discover on our own along with suggestions and information the tour guide gave us. The pick up easy - it was right outside the dock.

Our tour guide Warren was a cool, laid-back guy who was always making sure the tour members were having a great time. A few stops for some nice treats, a few small stops at little attractions that were fascinating, and a lot of time spent at the national park, which was pretty enthralling for myself and, I imagine, anyone with a passing interest in volcanoes and geology. Guide was very knowledgeable and fun, and made sure to get us back to the cruise ship with plenty of time to spare. Highly recommend!
