For comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 300 lbs will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour

Riding in the helicopter was the best experience. You could really see the Grand Canyon and all its splendor. The pilot was great and everyone was very friendly.

As a Naval Aviation veteran, I've spent many hours on military helicopters but this was my wife's first helicopter ride. The bird was very well maintained and comfortable, the ride was extremely smooth for a helicopter (helicopters don't really fly, they beat the air into submission) and the pilot (John) was highly skilled, personable and informative. The ground crew and staff were friendly, polite and professional. This was a once in a lifetime trip and we booked our reservation months in advance. On the day, the winds were too high and they had to cancel, but the staff was able to rebook us for the next day, which went off without a hitch. The flight itself was amazing. You just can't get better views than that, and of one of the most majestic, breathtaking sights nature can provide. Absolutely worth every penny. A hearty "thank you" to the entire Papillon team for helping fulfill a long time bucket list dream.

The pilot was friendly when he spoke through the headsets, and the views were outstanding! My only recommendations I would make to others is to ask the ground crew if your seat restraints are in place, since mine was missing across the chest, and ask if headsets can be used to listen/talk to the pilot and others during flight. These two items were not addressed. Otherwise, I give a thumbs up for our experience!
