This was an absolutely amazing experience! My mother and I really enjoyed meeting Micah and John. They are so knowledgeable, kind and personable. They not only educate you on the history of the building, but they take the time to show you how to operate all of their equipment also. They truly make it so that it is your own experience. What an awesome experience! If you’re looking to get a taste of what it’s like to do a paranormal investigation with a variety of real equipment, look no further. You’re even able to bring your own equipment to use during the investigation. Micah, Josh, and Annamarie were our lead investigators for the evening. They were all very knowledgeable about the theater’s history, resident spirits, and investigation equipments and techniques. They were friendly, informative, and hands-on throughout the investigation. The experience starts with an introduction to the equipment you’ll be able to use throughout the evening then moves to learning about the history of the theater. After that, the group was taken to some of the hot spots in the building, and then it was lights off and time to start investigating! We were part of a larger group, so we were broken into smaller groups and told to start investigating in a certain area for a few minutes before being able to break off and investigate more freely. Micah, Josh, and Annamarie investigated right alongside us and were there to answer any questions or provide assistance with the equipment throughout the night. The historical theater is worth visiting on its own, and it's a perfect spot for a paranormal investigation. It was such a fun, unique, and interesting experience that can feel a bit different each time depending on the activity that night. We had a great time and will definitely be doing it again in the future! Thank you to Micah, Josh, and Annamarie for the memorable night! We’ll see you next time!

Honestly THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! After doing many other “ghost tours” in Savannah, as well as in other cities, I can easily say this was the most unique, most authentic, and by far the most superior experience we have ever had! Micah & James have something really special with this and I cannot recommend them enough! This is not your everyday “ghost tour,” it lives up to its title as a true investigation! Just like the ghost hunting shows I have been a fan of for years, my family & I were handed our “ghost gear” & allowed to roam the empty theatre & investigate. Each one of my family members agree, this was the BEST purchase we made & we will be talking about this FOR YEARS! Thank you both for putting so much thought into this & for helping us make so many great memories!
