All guides lived in NY on 9/11/01. *Tour includes a custom photo shoot done in a respectful and honorable way *Tours are outdoors and operate in all weather, so dress appropriately *THIS IS NOT THE MUSEUM- Museum and Observatory are separate activities. Seeing the photos that Alison our guide had. She shared personal stories and had a connection to the 911 tragedy. I do wish I had known prior to the tour about the memorial/museum underneath the fountains. I would have reserved that as well.

Our tour guide Robert was great, he talked about events of 9/11 with knowledge and passion, explaining everything clearly and sharing some private stories. Highly recommend if you really want to learn about it and how New Yorkers reacted that day.
