All guides lived in NY on 9/11/01. *Tour includes a custom photo shoot done in a respectful and honorable way *Tours are outdoors and operate in all weather, so dress appropriately *THIS IS NOT THE MUSEUM- Museum and Observatory are separate activities. This tour was an amazing experience, I couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide, he was full of passion about this devastating event. Our tour consisted of first visiting the chapel which survived the entirety of the attack that took place on September 11th, 2001, the tour was extremely emotional and a lot of people found it hard to comprehend what happened that day. Thankyou Robert for the amazing experience and opening our eyes to the devastation that took place that day

Only had 6 hours to tour but experienced the best spots NYC had to offer. Especially loved the 9/11 Ground Zero Tour with our guide Robert, very knowledgeable and passionate about the events that led to and surrounded that fateful day. Truly informative and entertaining! Will recommend this Tour to all.
