Avoid this company. Shockingly poor in so many ways. Staff (Chris on sales desk & driver Roger) both rude, dismissive, unhelpful on many occasions. Our booking made weeks ago, cancelled at 30 mins notice. Had to re-pay to do later tour but have to wait up to 10 days for card refund! Many people similar situation. Also interesting to note whilst waiting, Chris offering discount for cash as ‘no tax, if cash’. Really?? Tour started 25 mins late, following very heated discussions with grumpy driver Roger who was just plain rude. Never received the full 2 hours, nor seeing the promised homes of many celebrities. 15 min stop at Hollywood sign - did not materialise. Difficult to hear commentary as driver quick speaking and in the end I and guests beside me, talked amongst ourselves. Most shocking of all, was the decision to take 14 guests in a vehicle not fit for purpose - lights showing for engine oil fault and low tyre pressure. And yes we were taken up steep mountain roads. When the tour ended, we tried to speak to sales desk Chris and ask for refund as so disappointing and not as promised/advertised. His well rehearsed words left us in no doubt, he and the company could not care less. Tried to contact the company via email and it pings back. No contact details, so now am contacting other local agencies to take this further. These guys should not be trading in this fashion.

Horrible experience. Roger and his boss were actually a bit cruel. Before we started, we kindly asked that we have our money back, and schedule with a different company, they refused. They told me to take it up with chase bc they wouldnt honor that. Then roger told me that if i decided to join, he would drop me on the side of the road if i created any issues.

Hello traveler i am very aware of this situation and beg to defer, When your group checked in for "Sheri Jamal" we learned that you booked a tour thinking it was the Big Bus tours and we explained that we do not offer such things. Then when we started to load the bus your group tried to take seats on the bus and sit anywhere you pleased! Im sorry but we do not allow that because we have to make sure every family sits together and does not get split up. Obviously, you did not like that idea and quickly resorted to asking for a refund while video recording us, according to our camera recording Chris explained to you in a very professional manner that those reason are not eligible to receive a refund, you threatened to take it up with chase and we told you that is your own right ! We have recordings of this conversation and would love to send you a copy if you still disagree.

We bought 2 tickets for the tour and when we arrived at a pick up station there was a couple who was arguing with the sales agent. The tour agent said that they can’t have them on the predefined time and they will have to have wait till 2pm for the next one, stating the tour driver suddenly got sick. They were so disappointed, they bought tickets for 4 people two weeks ago and now they had to buy new tickets for 2pm as the agency did not refund the money and could not switch to the next hour (they said the refund will take place after 10 days). After them we’ve been told the same, like driver is ill and he can’t give a drive now, bla bla bla, despite the fact that we bought a ticket couple hars ago. Of course they lied. The agency overbooked and made everone suffer! So they offered us to wait and see in case some guys dont appear so they can take us. They took us last minute since someone did not come, lucky us! Our guide driver had a poor English who had an accent and we had a difficulty hearing him, each time asked what he meant (especially about the houses of celebrities).
