If you’re a fan of shrubbery, this is the tour for you! This is absolutely a waste of time. You go to see these so called celebrity houses and all you can see are massive hedges and they live on tiny narrow roads that are hard to manage App didn’t work through the apple carplay so I had to hold the phone in my hand while driving so I knew where to go. The app also thought I was facing a different direction then I was so it was hard to see where I had to go next. Also pictures used for said houses are outdated and were hard to spot on the road while driving busy roads

Phillip, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the tour. I mentioned in the confirmation email that homes might be obscured by gates, shrubs, or private roads and that CarPlay and Android Auto aren't supported—Bluetooth, USB, or phone speakers are the way to go. It sounds like you might have been looking for something different, so if you'd like a refund, email me, and I'll take care of it.

Worked good and easy to follow but kept shutting down and not sure why. We would have to pull over or hope it would reopen before the next turn. A lot of houses are hard to see but that was expected.

Maps won't work properly. Took me almost 1 hour to figure out the map. Navigation was not great. Poor UI. Not able to complete the tour due to bad interface.

Sumit, I'm sorry to hear the map didn't work on your phone! I'm always available to help with setup, so please call or email right away if something doesn't seem right. Once set up, the tour works by itself — as you drive on the suggested route, you hear stories about what you're seeing or about to see. My tutorial videos (linked in set up instructions email) are also great resources. If you'd prefer a refund, you can just email me or go through Viator, whichever is easiest!
