We were unable to get Wi-Fi, so unable to access the guide at all only the first five minutes of the tour was accessible, very disappointed

I'm sorry about the issues you faced, Terri! I recommend downloading the app and tour content beforehand to ensure a smoother experience for your next tour. This will allow you to access the tour offline at any time. Additionally, a tutorial video in the instruction email and a ticket voucher may be helpful. If you did not enjoy the tour, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we will issue a refund.

App is not mature, bad, very confusing, so I lost half my day of vacation, because I always thought that I was doing something wrong or did not understand something! But the reality was that this app was probably the production of a hobby beginner …because I wish him/her many successes in future professional career regarding app development.

The idea for the tour is great and the commentaries are really good. We downloaded and started the app before heading off, but it doesn’t sync with Google Maps and didn’t work through Apple CarPlay. There were also a few gaps and delays in the directions given. As a result, the passenger often had read out the directions to the driver. That said it was value for money for the price and we had a really enjoyable day with it.
