Great view of Empire State Building. Bus driver was great. Unfortunately, Not enough busses so we showed up at 11:00 and the bus didn’t arrive until 12:30. There was no seating while we waited and it was cold.

This is only a 3 because the weather was fabulous. For hop on hop off they did not have a large enough fleet. After being on the tour for 25 minutes we went back to Times Square to pick up a group of people and started all over again. Not organized at all. I would choose another company next time.

Stay away and don't book this!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bus was dirty with garbage lying around. We tried all audio boxes, hardly any worked, so we were not able to sit together as a family and 2 out of 4 family members could not get a working audio box. If they did, the language did not correspond with the flags and there was a different language on each ear. Half the time there was nothing at all. Mostly annoying music and hardly any explanations on the sights - and if there were any, they did not correspond at all with where the bus was driving along. This company does not offer tours uptown, only downtown. There is no timetable, so worst cased you have to wait 45 minutes to hop on again, other companies have busses every 10 minutes. We shoud have spent just a little more money and booked with a different company. Don't take this one - it's a rip off!
