The wagon ride was fun, Shana was a great driver and shared information about the horses that was interesting. As we rode back in the bush, the scenery was amazing and then it we arrived at the place where we were provided a meal. The advertisement stated entertainment, the video in our room showed a guitar player, None of that. Chris the chef met us and we thought that was a good addition. The salmon was a tiny piece, not his fault. The dinner was good although only one small plate was provided for salads, veggies and three meats. The waiter Joe said we are a dry camp here, no running water, not my fault. We were given several choices of drinks, we chose wine which was good. The desert again was tiny but delicious but on a paper plate. Fun ride back but we were a bit deflated as the setting was amazing but poorly put together. This evening had the potential of an amazing night. Black Diamond resort and golf, you missed the boat.

Being from a rural area of Virginia, I should have had a better idea of what to expect. For my wife and I this was just another evening outside with a 'bunkhouse' style dinner. The wagon ride was okay, and the food was okay. The overall experience did not wow either one of us. Personally, I wish i had played the golf course there instead of taking the wagon ride.

we went on our excursion in early may the weather was perfect we had shauna as our driver and hannah and bailey as our guides andof course the stars of the show Volt and Lucky we had an absollute ball the pace was liesurely and there were many photo oppurtunities we heartly recommend this trip the food and drink helped make it a memorable day
