The marketing used was pretty awesome, however, it did not nearly match the actual experience. The initial tour lead was great, her presentation was awesome. She then led us to another room, and from there, we walked around and watch the screens. While that was okay in the beginning, you’re literally standing there awaiting the next room or expecting something to occur. What happened to the tour guide lady? There was no sound other than animal sounds and no guidance throughout the room. Well, that was the last room; only 2 rooms! My 5 year old literally began to cry when she realized this was all the experience offered. Needless to say, we had to just pick her up and console her. The entire thing lasted for maybe 20 minutes and we were done. The vibration on the floors was barely there. I think maybe some wind from the animals running would be nice or maybe some water splashes from the animals in the water hole would be a nice add on. Something! Even a recording of what we were seeing, information about the animals, geographical location, or other facts would have been great. The tour book is great, but it’s unrealistic for us to have read the book while walking around with children. The customer service from the employees was great; very friendly staff. The food was good in the cafe. The overall experience was underwhelming, to say the least, and I now owe my 5 year old a better experience. The pricing definitely did not match the worth.
