I had booked a full day advanced trip down the clear creek but water levels reduced the trip to the half day trip. The guys at Liquid Descent off the I70 are awesome people to work with. As soon as we got there we suited up and took a bus ride to the clear creek river. The guides were super friendly and entertaining to be around and very skilled in insuring everyone a safe passage through the rapids. My partner and i had a great time experiencing this adventure for the first time and have have created some stories from this half day event that we will be talking about for many years to come. After the trip, I was told that i'd be receiving a full refund since the trip was unexpectedly cut short. What an exemplary demonstration of commitment to customer service! I will definitely be back with them again next year.
