I went on the kayak tour of the 7 caves, under the impression from looking at their website, you actually explore the caves, which is not the case. You launch from the beach, if you are going on a weekend, good luck finding parking, recommend taking a share ride service. Once in the kayak, you paddle to the cliffs where the caves are located. The tour guides talk about the history of the homes in the area and descriptions of the caves, thats it. You go through only 1 cave for a brief minute, then turn around and head out. If I would of known that you don't actually explore caves, I would've chosen a different adventure attraction.
Water was nice, the kayak ride was a good workout and saw some seals on the rocks by the caves. I rate this attraction as OK, I would have just been better off renting my own kayak to do my own thing for cheaper.
