Very bad experience. This agency is closed. We were never told our resevation was cancelled. So we arrived and waited, nobody answered the phone number provided. Nobody reimbursed me. I get we are in a pandemic but wouldn’t trust a business that can’t close temporarly properly.

My wife also reviewed the tour. Chris was our guide and did a great job. Very personable and informative. Started around the capital and went over the whole downtown with lots of little tidbits of Austin history. Highly recommend this company which has been around since 2004
