Next the tour moves to the Oldest House and Gardens to explore the grounds at the back of the house, and hear stories about the family who lived here and learn about the many ghostly sightings. This is the most active location on the tour and many guests get pictures on their cameras. Finally, the tour moves inside to hear the chilling tale of a prominent Key West family at their former residence. As the tour concludes, there is time for stories and picture sharing. The tour is interactive and questions are encouraged. The tour ends at 10:30 across the street from where it started.

A group of us wanted to do something different so we decided a ghost tour was appropriate for our squirmy group of 9! Had a great time. Southernmost Ted was great! Had a lot of knowledge about the ghosts and told the stories in a way to get everyone involved and spooked out! Definitely recommend this tour if you're looking for some of Key Weirds spooky history!

Whenever we visit a new city, we always book a historical ghost tour. Southernmost Ted has a love for what he does! Interactive and great stories about the Keys. My 10 year old son who's not the most excited to go on tours had a great time and loved the story of the woman that captured a loved ones image at the cemetery. Ted takes time before the tour to chat a little, very nice!!! Thanks for a great evening!

My boyfriend purchased this excusion for myself and my 16 year old daughter. We love scary movies, haunted houses, etc. We both had a great time. Our guide was a wondeful story teller and we really enjoyed hearing about the history of the island and local lore. The walk is not bad at all, and there were several seniors on our trip who had no problems with the distance. This is also the only company that has afterhours access to the oldest home in the keys. Several people in our group were able to capture pictures with activity in them. The guide also had pictures from past tours (all taken by guests) that he shared. All in all a wonderful value and and a great tour!
