Swimming with magical giants as they dance and float right in front of your eyes is a truly magical Kona experience!

Our night manta ray snorkel tours begin departing at 6 p.m. and run until 10 p.m. and last about an hour.

Important note:
-Participants must be experienced swimmers and in good health in order to participate.
-Must have basic snorkeling experience.
-Weight Policy: Anyone 260 and over (not to exceed 320) is required to purchase an additional seat.

Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
All participants must be experienced swimmers and have snorkel experience. Children must be 5 and over to board the boat. Due to the type of boat we operate (RHIB) we are unable to allow service animals on board.
25-30 minutes of water time
50 minutes includes travel by boat time as well

I have snorkeled in Figi, Tonga and dived the Great Barrier Reef. Nothing had compared with this night snorkel with mantas. These gentile giants were seemingly as curious about us as we were about them. Or, maybe they knew that our presence and the lights meant food. Either way, this was undoubtedly the best underwater experience of my life! Erin Hobbs

This was one of the coolest things I did on this trip. The captain and guide are really friendly and knowledgable, and made this a relaxing, easy experience. The night I did it was one of the most active they said they've seen in a while, we had 7 or 8 mantas coming over to say hi. The mantas get up close and real personal, doing barrel rolls inches away from your face. You can't get a better look at these beautiful creatures. My boat was limited to 6 people, so you dont have to worry about a huge crowd, either. Recommending to everyone I know who comes to the big island!!

The team was so friendly and funny! They were knowledgeable and knew so much about the mantas and other sea creatures. They really cared about the mantas too, which was very nice to see. They even joined in and sang to the mantas with us lol. Highly recommend this company!!
