You must visit Madame Tussauds Las Vegas first. When your ticket is processed at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas you will be given a voucher for your gondola experience
After receiving your gondola voucher from Madame Tussauds, you are responsible for making a reservation in person with the outdoor gondola for your boat ride. Reservations are required and are on a first come first served basis. Reservations cannot be made over the phone. The boat will be shared with other parties.
Reservations are required for the Gondola and must be made in advance. The gondola is first come, first served and does sell out and is not guaranteed unless you make your reservation with them directly in advance.
The time on your ticket is for your entry to Madame Tussauds Las Vegas.
Attractions do not need to be visited on the same day

Float beneath bridges as your gondolier sweeps you down the outdoor Grand Canal for a ride like no other. Reservations are required, boat will be shared with other parties. For a private boat ride there is an additional fee.

The wax museum was fine, but is under construction in parts. Buddy's is NOT open for lunch and they are closed multiple days a week. Very hard to get reservation with COVID. Not what we expected.

amazing experience! It was my boyfriend's birthday and it was very magical. The guide sang to us and there was a guitar solo- its definitely a must try! Would do it again

The Madame Tussaud's experience was amazing. My husband and I had blast! Unfortunately we were not able to do the Gondola ride. Once we got to the ride after the Madame Tussaud's tour, the line to the reservations desk was a 30 mins wait. Then by the time we got to the counter the lady looks at our voucher and says that the Outside Gondola ride was booked for the evening but we could do the Inside Gondola ride for $24 more per person. Now, we were in line around 3pm and the ride was already booked? Also they expected us to pay $48 more to ride the ones on the inside? They were definitely not accommodating at all. I felt that this was a complete waste of time and money because this was our last day in Vegas and we couldn't use our voucher, which we already paid for months in advance. They stated that you have to make reservations for the rides but in order to make reservations you have to first get the voucher through the Madame Tussaud's tour, which is interesting because the tour times are between 12pm and 1pm, nothing earlier or later. Then you have to do the tour. Now here's the kicker you have to book your Gondola ride in person ONLY, so while doing the tour you could miss booking your ride. I feel if this was the case then why even put them together? No refunds but the Gondola voucher NEVER expires, or so they say. So I felt this was a very horrible experience and I'll never book this deal again! It was definitely misleading and because this was my husband's first experience of Vegas I felt like it left a bad impression. My advice is if you decide to do this experience make sure that you do it towards the beginning of your trip. That way you will have two days to do this because you won't be able to do both the same day. I wish I would've known that in advance. They should've put that information under the description.
