Has learning to surf been your dream? It’s a good one to have, and the calm waters of La Jolla Shores is the best spot to learn! Our experienced instructors are eager to share their passion for surfing with beginners and intermediates alike - no experience necessary, all equipment provided.

Our instructors respect each student’s choice regarding his or her level of participation in the lesson, and comfort in the water. You’ll have fun learning how to surf in a safe environment!

Everyday California is the best -- my new favorite surf shop. The instructors were very helpful, and went above and beyond to assist me when I wanted to spend extra time in the water. Highly recommend them for an intro into surfing. Plus, their gear is fantastic. I loved it so much, I went back the next weekend and rented a board for the day to keep surfing.

Great instructor and plenty of time to wear myself out. Managed to get up and ride one all the way in. Good to know about the free hour and discounted rentals for next trip.
