Extremely slow transition times for very short rides, made worse by people paying to cut the line with “Reserve and Ride”—an add-on that costs more than the ticket itself. At almost $200 per person with Reserve and Ride you could spend less on admission to Disney World with Lighting Lanes. This park is not worth $800/day for a family of 4 before lodging and food.

The park was fun and the perfect size for my kids. The park is clean and there was Very friendly and helpful staff. Cashless park. Could benefit from charging stations in the park since mobile devices were used often for photo downloads and reservations. It Did get a little crowded but not overwhelming. The ride loading/unloading process needs to be looked at to be done quicker to decrease line waits. Could have benefitted from 2 more hours of the park being open. We went on a Friday and the hours were 10-5. It was a beautiful day, good crowd and felt a little rushed to get to everything by 5. Overall fun experience and will be coming again.

While we are cashless, we do have Reverse ATMs in three locations around the property. Near our ticketing windows, inside The Big Shop, and inside Family Care. As many needs are digital, we also offer portable chargers for rent, kiosks are located throughout the park. We thank you for your feedback on your ride experience. We offer many rides and attractions throughout the park, and other offerings include shows and build experiences to break up the day. This was our first trip to LegoLand NY. We had a blast. There were a few things that could have been better though. The wait for rides was way too long. Sometimes the rides were empty or half filled with riders. Then the steps that are needed especially for the dragon apprentice ride. There was too much down time waiting for the operators to get out of the locked room, unlocking the gate, unlocking the exit gate. Way to long of a wait. There is so much to see and do there. One trip one make it. We ended buying season passes to return and see more we didn’t do.
