Welcoming guests to Kauai since 2007, Luau Kalamaku is Hawaii's only luau show performed “in-the-round,” offering optimal views of the stage. Witness the unearthing of the pig from the traditional imu (underground oven) and enjoy a hula lesson. A craft fair featuring unique items by local artisans awaits on the sprawling lawn. Feast on a delicious buffet of local and familiar favorites and enjoy a Mai Tai from the open bar. The main show tells the amazing story of the ancient Hawaiian legend of Kalamaku “child of the new land." Through laughter, fear, seduction and fire, a new legacy is created, born from the cherished seeds of their ancestors. The theatrical luau show culminates with a fantastic fire dream featuring fire poi balls and traditional fire knife dancing.

This was a super fun experience with great food great drinks and great shows. Definitely recommend ! Although I didn’t see the raising of the pig which I thought was supposed to be apart of it. Oh well it was still a great time(:

My husband and I are here to celebrate 30 years of marriage and this is our first trip every to all of Hawaii. So of course we wanted to do a luau! I am so happy that we chose this one. It was very organized, the staff were all hospitable, the food was delicious and the show was amazing. We had an all around great time and feel like we got a taste of the beautiful history and culture of Kauai. Definitely recommend this experience.

We received tickets here at short notice, which we were very happy about. The organization on site is very effective (from parking to admission to place search etc.) The food was tasty and more than adequate. At the bar, any drink request would be quickly accepted at any time. The highlight, however, was the show. Very professionally designed. The artists were also professional. We liked it so much that we would participate in it again.
