The entire experience was memorable. The ride on the Maid of Mist was the most memorable, but our guide (Jacob) was the icing on the cake. His knowledge of the history and events surrounding the falls was amazing. His enthusiasm and interactions with the group only added to the experience.

Excellent guide. Jacob was fun and very knowledgeable. The view of the falls up close is breathtaking. We were within about 50 feet of the base of the falls.
