The most memorable was the maid of the mist ride. However this was closely followed by the deplorable treatment we received from the tour guide, Darryl. We were second in line at hard rock for 9am tour. Told to go across street and meet up with guide. No one across the street so continued to visitor center. I tried numerous times to contact the tour guide but never received a response. I would think that if 5 people that had checked in were missing there would be an attempt to locate them. We went to several information centers to no avail. We then saw a man in the uniform and asked him where to go. This was Darryl. He too tried to contact Rob and finally managed to do so after several attempts. We were able to join his group. Things were already going south and were going to get even worse as his condescending attitude caused us humiliation at every turn. Every chance he could he would reprimand us for allegedly not listening to instructions in front of the rest of the group. The best part of the tour was when he was not there. In retrospect I feel you have some serious organizational issues not to mention sub par personnel. No one in my group would ever use this company again.

The tour was great! Maid of the mist and Cave of Winds is the highlight. We loved everything BUT the trolley that takes you around goat island the self guided tour part of this package (trolley points out spots you can get off and view) the problem is the trolley takes foreverrrrr. It’s not worth the time. We just walked everywhere and figured out what was what. The only part of tour that is guided is the maid of the mist. The trolley takes you to all the other highlights mentioned in this package so if you don’t mind waiting or just walking to marked points then you’ll love this. The Trolley people need to get a better system. Note: if you decided to walk it’s a 10 to 25 minute hike to area with all the attractions on goat island.

We were a group of four adults and two infants on our trip. Overall, it was a pleasant tour, though we felt it didn't quite justify the cost. The main attractions included were the Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds, with additional excursions priced at $2-3 each, but we were charged double. Visiting Niagara Falls on weekdays allows you to avoid these inflated costs by purchasing tickets directly at the venues with shorter queues. While we didn't have to wait in line to buy tickets, there were queues for the excursions themselves. One highlight of the trip was our tour guide, Rob, who made the experience enjoyable despite these drawbacks.
