It was OK, bus picked us up from our hotel on time and we had plenty of time at JFK Airport to check in.

We have used Viator on several trips with great success. This particular time was less than adequate. The end result was accomplished--we made it to the airport on time. However, the driver parked across a busy street and honked at us to come get in the van, got lost traveling to subsequent hotel pickups, drove wrecklessly fast to arrive at the airport--reaching 80mph in 45mph zone at one time, and offered little assistance or information. Perhaps more thorough training would have been beneficial--or maybe he was just
having a bad day.
