Absolutely loved the morning spent with Jessica. She was a delight & full of knowledge from the moment we met her until cheerio time. It was clear she knew her history very well but what impressed me was the way she delivered & shared the information with her group. Her voice was clear & nice to listen to , she made sure that the whole group were all getting the most from the tour - paying attention to the younger members of our group too.
I was very impressed with her thoughtfulness & sensitivity when we were at the 911 Memorial Site & the way she described the area & then let us have our own time for reflection.
Would definitely recommend this tour & thank you again Jessica - Carolyn & Doug
