Loved the detailed knowledge! Thank you for the introduction to new foods and a new neighborhood of the city. Besides the flavors, we greatly appreciated the extra conversations generated at each stop, and even the side conversations with tour-mates.

I'm a New Yorker who is always eager to try new food experiences and learn new things about my hometown. Market 57 is a new venue on Pier 57 on the exciting west side of Manhattan near the Highline. It is a large, airy space with about 17 food stalls and plenty of places to sit and enjoy your meal. Liz led us through 7 tastes, while explaining the unique backgrounds of the chef/owners. She took us on a tour of the building where we learned the history of this great community space and enjoyed beautiful views of Little Island Park, downtown Manhattan and New Jersey. Liz was so knowledgeable and her enthusiasm infectious! It was a great way to spend a cloudy, cold afternoon - indoors enjoying great food with a fun group of people!

I had the privilege of going on Ahoy Food Tour’s inaugural Market 57 tour yesterday. It was a delicious introduction to a wonderful space that supports women and minority owned food concepts. A different style food tour- all the tastes were housed in one location! This tour is a perfect introduction to the vendors and the space! We walked down the high line to get here, across from Chelsea Market, roof top view of Little Park.
