we started a bit late as we co uldn't find the start ,but once we got underway the commentary was good and informative .some of the stops weren't good as there was no rain so the waterfalls weren't flowing but there were some amazing views.

We wanted to do the Road to Hana journey while visiting Maui, but wanted to do it at our own pace, with our small group (family) only, and not spend a fortune. This app was perfect for that purpose and a great value! The “tour guide” was funny and enjoyable to listen to during our drive, too. Our one learning...allow the whole day for the tour. To make the stops and see the sights along the way on the Loop, you need at least 8 hours, but 9-10 is more likely. Leave early and be back to your hotel in time to clean-up and go to dinner.

The Shaka guide was great as we drove around the island. It was very informative on items of interest, tips on side excursions and the navigation. The stories about the local culture and history really made this more then just a navigation tool, it brought the area we drove through come to life. Highly recommended.
