The driver who was supposed to pick me up from the hotel left after calling my room, even though I had been waiting for him for 30 minutes in the hotel lobby. Make more of an effort to find your customers before leaving without them!

We are not from America, but we understand English very well, but the guide spoke much too quickly and unclearly. It was not clearly explained which bus to take. Price and quality are not in proportion
