The experience begins with the first point of contact; customer service. The young blonde lady at the bus podium at the entrance to Alfred's was not nice at all. She was a bit rude & very condescending. We almost wanted to ask for a refund.
The bus driver was great & the tour was nice and the songs along the route were fun. We did NOT go to St. JUde's, don't understand why its even on the list of attractions. We saw it from across the highway as the entertainer pointed to it.
It would be nice to know where their one stop will be before the trip. I do not know why there was a stop to the church steps near Johnny cash instead of Elvis' first home or any other place. Would probably not recommend this tour to friends & family.

It was a wonderful experience and we learned alot from Larry our tour guide. We came for a mini get away from Columbus Ms and found out that we had a few things in common with Larry. I would definitely tour with him again!!!

Excellent tour of Memphis. Music was so much fun and the guide was fun and knowledgeable. We added the tour of Sun Records and that guide was exceptional! I would definitely recommend this tour if you are in Memphis.
