we paid for Mojo Tour & Sun Studio. After the Mojo tour, everyone gets off and gets back on a little later, if they have paid extra for the Sun Studio. Despite telling the guide we were getting back on.... they left without us. Clearly didnt bother with a people count!

Hi Rachel. We are very sorry that this happened to you during your tour. On the day you took your tour (May 27) we were sold out, and it can very difficult to keep up with who is getting off the bus after the 90-minute tour. We will try to do better in the future. We would have been happy to send the bus back for you, however, we were not alerted that you missed the Sun Studios portion of the tour until almost a month after your tour. As I mentioned in my email to you about this incident, we have given you a 50% refund since you were unable to visit Sun Studio. We do hope you'll give us another shot in the future!
