Tour was really interesting and good but we received nothing but a horrible attitude from a girl named Megan who checked us in. I cannot believe how she acted and how rude she was. I had four ladies in my group and she did something ugly to three of us, three different instances. She upset me so bad that the tour was almost ruined before it even started!! Shame on her attitude and people like that should not be representing your company. The tour guide and driver were awesome, but Megan stinks and should not be working for you. I am in the customer service industry and in today’s world service is all you have. I hope this message gets to someone who cares and will address her pure rottenness…..Shame on her!!! You can get anyone better than her to greet your customers and to answer questions. I normally would not have even taken the time out of my day to even share this with you, but she made me so angry that I needed to let you know. I’m sure she probably treats your other customers with a rotten attitude also! She will know what she did because after the third innocent that occurred I flat out asked her name so I could report the correct person.

This tour was recommended to us because of my husband's walking difficulties and we were so glad we did it it was excellent. We had made some friends on our trip and they were looking for something to do and they joined this and was so glad that they would recommend it to their friends as well. Lots of fun very informative and lots of great music. Do you have time I greatly recommend that you take this trip

This was a Music Tour. Led by a skilled performer. Learned much about blues/rock & roll history of Memphis as we saw where it happened.
