This was a great experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful, we did the Everglades, Millionaire Row cruise and hop on hop off bus ride. It was such good value for money and the app really helped provide all the information we needed to check out the options and also pay for the tickets. We saw quite a few alligators but we didn't particulate in the alligator show as we didn't think it was right to do so. It was great to see the sights of Miami from the open top bus and the Millionaires Row cruise was absolutely fabulous! Very good value for money.

The deal is great and the air boat tour is an exciting experience. I've used Big Bus in different countries and enjoy it, however in Miami it was a bit different. One of the sales person (Johany, I think) was extremely rude and cared more about catching customers than providing good service to the paying ones. He was trying to convice some girls while charging my credit card and made the incorrect charge (the other sales girl had told him all the details and asked him to hurry as the bus was about to leave), his response was "I have to be a shark to get more customers" and basically didnt care about the duplicate payment. The next day we asked about the boat tour, he gave incorrect information and once we got there the girl said they always had issues with him. I got back to him and claimed the poor customer service provided to which his response was, in a very rude manner: "I am the best sales person from this company" and "if you werent a woman I would have reacted as I wanted to". From my experience, Big Bus didnt have these core values, and it was very dissapointing to go through this.
