Would rate this scam a zero if I could. Bus was 45 minutes late and then filled up before we could get on. Driver told us and about 40 other people that another bus would be by shortly. Waited two hours and another bus never came. Currently working through the refund process, but I’m not optimistic.

A real tourist trap. Hardly ventured into the massive Everglades at all. So tacky how they shepherd everyone through the gift shop before and after the tour. The alligator show was excellent as was our driver Santiago.

Alligator show was great. Drive from Miami was long Bout tour not worth it. German driver is great Alligator show host is an amazing personality
