Overall the tour was fine. The boats were much bigger than I expected and overcrowded. Each row holds six people and there are five rows. If you aren't in the end two seats on each side you won't be able to see. They are maximizing profit over experience by cramming these boats full. I wouldn't say this is true Everglades experience either. You're basically going through 90% open water trails. There is a constant stream of other boats out there as well. It's like a highway. One other annoyance was that I had a scheduled time for our tour but when I got there they told me it would be an hour wait. What's the point of scheduling a start time? If I could do it again, I would spend a little more to do a smaller boat in a more authentic experience.

Horrible service. The bus never came to pick us up, and they don’t answer the phone. They took the money and we never gor the service we paid for.

Great trip. We did get to see some wildlife and the alligator show was awesome. The only negative was that the trip took longer than expected and the bus broke down on the way there and we had to wait for a replacement.
