My wife and I never got on the ride. We were there early but no bus showed up. We had the 10:15 departure. We asked the lady at the kiosk stand and was told didn't know about the pickup. We later found out that there were people waiting for another everglade tour. Somehow we missed the pickup. The directions should be more clear where the pick is going to be. We didn't know where it was. Direction just gave us an address but that was not the actual pickup location. We were told that the bus will pick up and travel for another hour an a half before destination place. It was really a bummer we did not get to go on this tour. No refund was given...We didn't want the money back, at least give us another tour for a future date.

We had fun on our first air boat ride ever. It was smooth and glided along. Our guide was knowledgeable and stopped twice when we spotted a female alligator and then a large male one. Saw a baby alligator too. Then we went to the Miccosukie Village for a demonstration with a large live alligator and our guide Tony was very educated about these Native Americans showing us around the museum. Very enjoyable would do it again next time.
