The air boat ride was a blast. We learned some interesting things about alligators and other wildlife in the area, as well as the Everglades itself. We were able to get a close up look at alligators and a few other animals once we got back from the boat ride. We had the option of holding a baby alligator and having our picture taken. It was a fun afternoon.

My wife and I never got on the ride. We were there early but no bus showed up. We had the 10:15 departure. We asked the lady at the kiosk stand and was told didn't know about the pickup. We later found out that there were people waiting for another everglade tour. Somehow we missed the pickup. The directions should be more clear where the pick is going to be. We didn't know where it was. Direction just gave us an address but that was not the actual pickup location. We were told that the bus will pick up and travel for another hour an a half before destination place. It was really a bummer we did not get to go on this tour. No refund was given...We didn't want the money back, at least give us another tour for a future date.
